- once an order is placed with Embellished, it is considered FINAL. The estimated production time is two weeks. We have a strict NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND policy.
- For customized items (where options like length or color are available), we do not accept exchanges. For ready-to-wear items, exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery charges related to exchanges.
- Any special customization requests (such as size or length changes) should be communicated to our customer service team before placing the order. Once the order is confirmed, it is final, and production will commence.
- If a customer does not accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of shipping, Embellished will consider the order abandoned and may sell, dispose of, or utilize the items as deemed fit. Any deposits or payments made will not be refunded.
- If you need alterations (such as length adjustments) after receiving your order, please contact customer service within 7 days. If approved, send the item back in its original condition (unwashed, unused, undamaged, with original packaging and receipt). Customers will cover the cost of shipping for alterations, along with any customs charges.
- Embellished is not obligated to accept requests for alterations or exchanges once the order is confirmed; such requests will be considered based on availability and company discretion.
